Pointed PerformancePointed
Performance management for People teams

Run a review cycle your whole company trusts, without chasing anyone.

Set the cycle once. Pointed Performance sends it, reminds people, settles the gaps and releases results to everyone at the same moment, so you can spend your time on people, not trackers.

  • One send-out per cycle
  • No manual chasing
  • One release moment

Finish every cycle on the day you planned

Schedule it once and watch it run: send-out, reminders, alignment and release. You see who is in, who is late and what happens next, without opening a tracker.

  • Reminders that run themselves
  • A live view of every step
  • One release for the whole company
Business and up

Give managers a fair process, not a spreadsheet

One template per kind of role, with guidance that appears as managers score. Everyone uses the same words, so a score means the same thing in every team.

  • Templates you own and reuse
  • Guidance that follows the score
  • Every edit versioned

Built for trust

You stay in control of what people see

People make the calls

Reviewers score. Pointed Performance reminds, structures and records. Nothing is decided for them.

You choose who sees what

Set visibility per cycle. Results stay hidden until you release them.

Traceable by design

Every score points back to a skill and a version of the template.

Questions

Good questions, straight answers

Can we run more than one cycle at a time?

Yes. Each cycle has its own people, template, dates and reminders.

Who decides when results are released?

You do. Results stay hidden until the alignment step is done and you release them.

Can managers see my whole company?

No. Managers see their own team. You decide who sees what, and the Review Manager level is a deliberate role you hand out.

How long does it take to set up a first cycle?

Most People teams define a role, pick a template and send a cycle in an afternoon.

Can we import people from our identity provider?

Yes. Import people and groups from Microsoft Entra on Business and above, and sign in with SSO and SCIM on Enterprise. You can also invite people directly.

Which plans include templates and the org chart?

Templates, teams and the org chart are on Business and above. Review cycles and goals are on every plan.
