No. Review cycles work on their own. Roles, goals and the org chart add to them when you are ready.
Which plan do I need?
Review cycles and goals are available on every plan. Templates, teams and the org chart are on Business and above, and the public API is Enterprise only.
Can I connect Pointed Performance to my other tools?
Yes. Import people and groups from Microsoft Entra (Business and above), sign in with SSO and SCIM, connect your systems through the public API, and ask your AI tools about your data through the MCP server (all Enterprise).
