How does per-member pricing work?
You pay per member, per month, billed yearly. Prices are in euro and exclude tax. Monthly billing is available when you subscribe, at the price shown there.
Can I try Pointed Performance before committing?
Yes. The 14-day free trial includes every core feature to experience the full breadth of the platform.
What happens when my trial ends?
You’ll be prompted to choose a plan. Nothing is deleted: your roles, skills, and any review data are preserved. You just won’t be able to open new cycles until you upgrade.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
Yes. Reach out to us at support@pointedperformance.com with proof of status and we’ll set up a custom arrangement.
How do I upgrade or change plans?
From account settings. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated to the day, so you only pay for what you use.
Which plans include the security basics?
Every plan keeps each company’s data separate and includes access levels and goal visibility settings. Enterprise adds single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, and the public API.
Do I need Enterprise to use AI?
No. AI goal suggestions and Pointed AI Insight are on Business and above. Enterprise adds the connection for your own AI tools.
