Questions

Good questions, straight answers

How do people sign in?

Through your identity provider, using single sign-on. Pointed Performance can also provision and update users and groups automatically with SCIM.

Can we import our people instead of inviting them?

Yes. Import people and groups from Microsoft Entra (available on Business and above) and keep them in sync, so joiners and leavers follow your directory.

What can the API do?

It gives your systems read access to review, goal and user data through scoped tokens. Each token covers only the resources you choose and can be revoked at any time.

How do the AI tools connect?

An MCP server lets approved AI assistants answer questions about your review data, within the access rules you have set.

Who can run cycles and see results?

People with the Review Manager access level run cycles. Results stay hidden until you release them, and visibility is set per cycle.

How does rollout work?

A named team plans it with you: connect sign-in, import people, set access, brief managers and send the first company-wide cycle.
