Reviews people actually trust, because every result has a reason.
Pointed Performance turns every role into a weighted skill matrix, runs the review cycle for you and turns each result into the goal that comes next, with AI to prepare the groundwork and people making every call. Fair for the person, clear for the manager, easy for People teams to run.
AI prepares the groundwork. People make every call.
Pointed Performance uses AI where it saves the most time, then steps back. Every suggestion is a draft that points at the part of the review it came from.
You make the call
Nothing becomes a goal, a rating or a message unless a person chooses it.
It shows its reasoning
Every suggestion names the part of the review it came from.
Optional by design
AI is a setting your company controls. Reviews work fully without it.
A review should be a reason, not a verdict
Most reviews are one person’s opinion in a paragraph. With Pointed Performance, every skill is judged against the same description of good, so the result can be explained, compared and acted on.

Your roles, your skills, your weights
No two organizations value the same things. Start from a template or build a role from scratch, then change it as the role changes. Every edit is versioned, so old reviews still make sense.
- Templates you own and reuse
- Importance that you set per skill
- Version history on every role
The same fair process, whatever your size
Before you start
What does “weighted skill matrix” mean?
Every role is a short list of skills, and each skill has an importance you set. Reviewers describe each skill, and the weights decide how much it counts toward the result.
Is Pointed Performance only for large companies?
No. A small team can define a role and run a cycle in an afternoon. Larger companies add templates, teams and the org chart on higher plans.
Do people still use their own judgment?
Yes. People still do the reviewing. Pointed Performance gives them a shared description of each skill and a conversation before results go out.
Can we change the skills and weights later?
Yes. Roles are versioned, so you can adjust them as the job changes and still see which version each review used.
Does it replace our HR system?
No. Pointed Performance focuses on performance: reviews, skills and goals. You can bring people in from your identity provider, and Enterprise adds an API for other systems.
What does it cost?
You can try every feature free for 14 days, then pay per member in euro, billed yearly (monthly billing is available too). The pricing page shows what each plan adds.
